Alex was super helpful! The best customer service I have had in a while. Alex was able to get me a good price and understood my situation of price and need. I was glad and not stressed out trying to figure out what insurance should I get. Alex provided me up front the cost and monthly that fit my budget along with the insurance coverage I needed. Thanks for the great service !

Alex was able to help us secure a rate late in the evening. He definitely went above and beyond. Excellent customer service skills. Definitely had patience with a complaining mother getting insurance for her 20 year old son. He was a great mediator on the three way call. I was completely over it at 6:30 p.m. but Alex made the process clam by the reassurance. A young lady I’m not sure of her name but she did start the process answered a Mother’s why? Reassured me the quote was good as it gets. Very knowledgeable and engaging.

Alex answered the phone promptly and immediately answered any questions that I had without buffer. He helped me switch to a better policy for a lower price. I highly recommend superior insurance services for their dedication to helping the community. Alex is a great example of customer service.

Diego was the business. Top shelf customer service. I needed insurance and he was very informative on all aspects of my plan. After checking multiple places online and in person this by far is the best place to find the best prices. Thanks Diego!

Darwin gave me great and different car insurance quotes and we went through with one of them. He even send me a email with the quotes. Valentina was very helpful and made the process easy of getting the insurance . They were able to get us our insurance quick.
